Or too manually clean do the following:

To clean your temp folder, recycle bin, etc..please download this free tool:To clean your temp folder, recycle bin, etc..please download this free tool:
ccleaner
It will put a shortcut on your desktop.
Click on CCleaner to start it. Then click "Run Cleaner".
Then reboot.

Download miekiemoes' LQfix batch here:
http://users.pandora.be/bluepatchy/LQfix.zip
Unzip it to your desktop but do not run it yet.

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do not run a scan yet.Run it after running nailfix below. How to install:
When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
When you run ewido for the first time, you will get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK.
From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful").

Then, reboot to Safe mode (tap F8 while restarting).

Run ewido, click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on the Start button. This scan can take quite a while to run.
If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. You can select "clean" and check the boxes "Perform action with all infections" and "Create encrypted backup" before clicking on OK.
When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file. Please then paste the contents of the text file to you next reply.

Please download Nailfix from here:
http://www.noidea.us/easyfile/file.php?download=20050515010747824
Unzip it to the desktop but please do not run it yet.

Next boot into Safe Mode then set the computer up the view hidden files. To view hidden files go to start>control panel>folder options>view tab>check the circle beside "show hidden files and folders">apply>ok.

Download Adaware SE and configure as recommended Here the download Spybot and configure as recommended Here

Now boot into Safe Mode, double-click on Nailfix.cmd. Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly, this is normal.

Next run LQfix.bat.

Then please open Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the logfile from the scan.

Next boot into normal mode and run Adaware SE and Spybot

Download Hijack This at this link http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ then place it into a folder of it's on, such as C:\HJT, so that back up copies can be made and not clutter your desktop or other folders and the backup copies of deleted items can be easily located if needed.

Once saved double click HijackThis.exe, and press "Scan". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button.
Press that, save the log, Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents into the text editor.

Once you copy it into the text editor scroll down below Options and check the "check this box to preserve you spacing". Do not fix anything yet. Let someone review your log.HT needs to be in its own folder because we will empty the temp folder and it will save the items you delete into the HT folder in case the is a problem you'll have a backup.
