Assistance needed to eradicate mali

March 13, 2009 at 07:20:25
Specs: Windows XP
We've only just on line in the last day or so. And before I had a chance to set too much up my daughter tried downloading the newest MSN. Instead she ended up downloading shareware-pro-ed. As a result, it has blocked off administrator access, some of the keys are running funny, speakers aren't working. And we've got that smss.exe and winlogon.exe that won't go away. I think it's a bad bug but am not real up on how to get rid of it (and not real computer literate). Is there anyone who can assist (and preferably someone with a lot of patience?) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, I tried to do the scan but apparently need new java. Unfortunately it won't let me download it. This is part of the problem most things I try to download it says that I am not an administrator so I can't download. I can't get into my own logon, I'm stuck in my daughters.

And I can't make any changes to administrator access because I keep getting a message that says that changes to access can't be made on
