Comment: I'm going to try to run AVG, Adaware, and defrag, all at the same time.

Reply: (edit)Well I have Spybot, Ad-Aware and NAV 2003 running as I post this and I'm listing to an MP3 but I would not attempt to run defrag during these operations. I will stress my system but not attempt to mess with the file system while doing so many other things. KTTD Though I walk through the valley of Microsoft, I shall fear no OS for skills are with me

Reply: (edit)""Well I have Spybot, Ad-Aware and NAV 2003 running as I post this...."" No, I mean RUN them: start AVG scanning, start Adaware scanning, then throw the Defrag switch... and maybe run a Spybot scan while I'm at it.

Reply: (edit)Running means they where doing just that, running. Ad-Aware was scanning, Spybot was scanning and NAV was scanning. I also had an MP3 playing as well :) but I would not attempt to defrag my HDD while doing all of that not matter how bored I might become.
