any suggestions on programs

Would like some insight on any other programs that may help me with security/viruses. I never get enough time to research new programs and would like some help from those who do. These are the programs that I am currently using. If there are any others that may help me I am open for suggestions (programs that have worked for you). Ad-aware Spybot SpywareBlaster MRU-Blaster RegCleaner I keep all of these programs updated and am also using Norton AntiVirus and Firewall protection. Thank You, sprank
