Running more than one anti-virus or spyware removal software is not recommended.

What types of registry and software problems are you referring to? Problems you're having?

Running the OS in Ram is one of the method to avoid infection of virus. Once it occurs, just reboot the computer and all viruses will be destroyed because it is only a virtual image.
