I have gotten rid of the searchv.com virus. However i just noticed that i can't enable my antivirus background program. I can run the main program and search for viruses, but the guard won't enable. It starts, but when I right click it, the enable text is gray and i can't highlight it (so the disable option).

Did the virus cause this? And how do I fix it?
