Another Google redirect virus. Please help!

So I seem to have acquired the dreaded Google redirect virus. My computer also opens up extra explorer windows from time to time.

I ran my McAffee Security Center to no avail. I also ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to discover several infected files which were removed. After reboot, the problem remained. Later the next day, another scan revealed more malware. I guess something is still on my computer that is spawning malware?

I looked at some other posts that looked similar to mine and downloaded HijackThis and ran it. I have the log (I will post pending your request as per forum rules), but I don't know what to make of it.

Additionally, I tried to boot in Safe mode, but was unable (blue screen of death); seems that whatever I have will only let me boot in normal mode.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

Turn off System Restore points if you can. The virus and spyware embeds itself in these and will reproduce every time you reboot. If you can't get into safe mode, run them from windows.
