always remove mshta.exe?

so would it be safe to assume that ANY TIME you ever see mshta.exe camped out in HKCR\htafile\shell\open\command and of course system32 (same key reference location) that it should ALWAYS be deleted???

more and more of my users are having problems that I suspect is consistently caused by this happy little ever-so-friendly file. gag. :(

1. Rename it to mshta.exNO

2. Reboot.

3. Report back to us in a month or so.
