Helping a co-worker out with his virus & malware ridden computer. I finally got norton to load and update then ran it from boot up. it said there were 3350 infected files. everything looked fine after re-boot but all the network adapters show conflicts in the device manager and the lan and wireless connections are gone from the network connection page. i've tried uninstalling the devices and reebooting. the machine does indicate there is new hardware found but gives the message there was a problem installing it and it may not function correctly. i'm out of ideas on this one. please help if you can. thanks!

You need to download the drivers for the NIC and wireless card.
