When I turn on my computer the following messages pop up:

VCClient.exe
VCMain.exe
application error a
a run time error has occurred

And after that another box appears and it says:

A registry key creates a menu item that points to local web page, which then points to a MSN search page that uses the Alexa search engine. Would you like to remove this parasite from your computer?''

And when I try to surf a ton of pops appear one after the other.

I've tried AVG trendmicro online scan and it doesn't fix a thing. Can someone please help me?

I forgot to add that I'm also getting a dyfica trojan alert from AVG. But it won't get rid of it. It know it's present but it doesn't do a thing about it. Any solutions?

Download and run HIJACK THIS and paste your log on the ANALYZER PAGE
Then Download,Update,and run Spybot Search & Destroy

I've tried using everything in safe mode and it did catch a few things but I still get this message whenever I start the computer:
