AIM pic32 virus

Help, I was chatting to my friend and a link popped up for a pic labeled pic32. Something like Hey how do I look and I clicked it and it downloaded onto my computer. I am using my anti vu\iruses but I cant find it and whoever I chat with recieves the link how do I get rid of it help please.
