I just did a very idiotic thing. While on AIM, a good friend suddenly IMed me, saying "Wow, this looks just like you!" A link followed the message, which I stupidly clicked on. And thus... Virus. Now, every couple of minutes, I send the same message out to my entire buddy list! I tried running a scan in McAfee and Microsoft Anitspyware. Neither picked it up. I then rebooted in Safe Mode, ran a scan with the Microsoft program again and turned up nothing. I am currently running one with McAfee (still in safe mode), but nothing seems to be turning up. Can someone please help me? I have no idea what to do! I cant find info on it anywhere!!

You might try this link http://www.jayloden.com/VirusClean.htm then run a online scan at this link http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and be sure to check auto clean.
