I installed some free video conversion software from www.nch.com the other day and ran into a problem trying to install a card reader today that I got from Radio Shack. I tried to perform a System Restore to several different system checkpoints and got a message that the restore failed - this has never happened before. Can someone help me get System Restore working so I can do that? I'm concerned that some bug from the NCH downloads might have disabled System Restore to prevent me from uninstalling their software (which works great by the way) Help!
