My Norton AV has detected 2 files: tips.ini & hh.htt I have manually deleted both since NAV could not. I reboot computer, run virus scan again, and NAV tells me that both files are still there! Though nothing exists visually! These are both adware.searchcounter files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
