Comment: An AVG scan discovered "adware xupiter". Do I need to be concerned about it? And if so, what is the best method for removing "adware xupiter" or recommended free removal tool if that is the best way.

Reply: (edit)Adware is not usually life threatening This is a good source for the best free-ware tools http://majorgeeks.com/page.php?id=20 I may suggest SuperAntispyware spybot s&d , untick tea timer but immunise spywareblaster malawarebytes-antimalware would be some good tools to have on your system . (you may have to site search for spyware blaster ) but it's worth it . install up-date and run them this should sort out your problem Regards PS yes I checked no 404's this time :-)
