son has this virus in his computer and i cant seem to get it out can someone help me keeps telling me its running so it cant be deleted, i end task it useing alt, ctrl, delete but its still running not sure at all how to get it out and could use some help in how to stop things like this from getting in in the first place..... isnt it a shame we have to put up with things like this just to enjoy surfing he web a lil shakes head

Add Spysites, and maybe MRU to Valerie's response. Go to trojanscan for free trojan check too. Put all these utilities on cd and load them into computer. Get updates. After you run these, maybe you can post a log to get rid of the virus. Luck. Frank (rookie) ps- add another 256 or 512 memory module for XP to run better.
