TrendMicro's Housecall just found this virus in 5 files on my computer. How can I get rid of it since it says it's uncleanable?

If it says uncleanable, I assume they are quarantined? If so, you will have to delete and reinstall the files. You may have to delete from safemode. Some system files may be automatically recreated by windows. You might want to post back the infected files for specific info on how to delete/replace.

Why would you reinstall a parasite??

Angela, ADW.Tenget.A is the parasite IGetNet.

With Housecall finding 5 files, some must be in your restore archive.

First install, update and run Spybot-S&D. Have Spybot remove all red entries.

Then disable system restore, reboot, enable system restore and reboot. Here's how:

You would not want to reinstall a parasite, only any windows or program files it might have infected/changed (the reason spybot makes a backup so you can undo what was deleted).
