After migrating to a new domain, one of my network servers would not allow me to log in as domain administrator. The local servers administrator password did not work (was apparently changed) so I had to change it manually. Now we can no longer access the security policies on the server "access this computer from the network" and a couple of other policies to add users and/or workstations.
