I downloaded Adaware because I have been having alot of trouble with my PC, inparticular the Google Toolbar Popup Blocker not working anymore and allowing popups to get though. i was told this was because of some spyware on my pc and to get Adaware. So I downloaded it, ran a system check and when I selected all of the objects and hit "Fix", the Deleting Selection screen comes up but then freezes and doesn't fix anything I selected. I uninstalled Adaware and tried again and the same problem occurs, right when the Deleting Selection screen appears it just freezes there and nothing else happens. What is wrong with Adaware and how do i fix it so I can get rid of all of these problems that it finds. FYI I also have Spybot and have run that too.

BigBob, thanks for the reply. No i haven't tried it in safe mode yet. I will when i get home. Everything else worked fine so i figured it was somthing wrong with Adaware and not that I wasn't in Safe mode. Has anyone else ever experienced the Deleting Selection Freeze before? thanks again
