Ad & Spyware Question

Im aware of the Ad pop ups & Spyware etc... out at the moment, however i am no expect. Can someone suggest something, easy to use, simple and which i can download to make sure my PC stay clean from such Spyware etc..

Team434.The Kid recommended the best available programs.They are all supported very well by the developers.I haven't tried Spyware Guard,but if it's a javacool program it's gotta be very good!Just remember to update on a regular basis and read the help files especially for Spybot.That particular program can be set up to do more than just spyware removal.I recommend unchecking the boxes for "system internals" and "tracks".These are available in "settings">"file sets".These features deal with registry fixes and temp internet history removal.Hope this helps.JB
