Acer:ACER.SCR - Application Error

The exception unknown software exception (0x0eedfade) occured in the application at location 0x7c82a5b

It happened in Microsoft outlook this time and when it happened I only saw the error window and the windows background picture.Fast help would be appreciated :)

"Unknown Software Exception" is a general error message that could come
from a wide variety of causes..I suggest that you look over your event logs closely, there may be additional information.
to view event log..
Click Start, Run and type eventvwr.msc
Select Application entry in the left pane
In the right-pane, look for the Error entry denoted by a Red X
