You need to scan your computer with updated antivirus and anti-spyware software. you should disable all unwanted startup entry from startup list. Go to Run type msconfig, select startup tab and uncheck all unwanted startup item from the startup list.

its like a dialog box thats not related in the computer matters, it also block the scanning of antivirus and also the installation of other antivirus. when i put a flash drive, it could'nt detected the flash drive. there are some important files that i need in my work in my computer. what should i do???
