Is there any virus or win2k bug that causes this error while some programs are run:

The instructions at "0x77e1fa1c" referenced memory at "0x00000030". The memory could not be "read".

Click OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

If you have got a memory problems, try re-seating your memory.

it's a bug. You'll get that often if you run memory optimizing programs.
