a virus AVG can't remove

hey, i've got a virus that avg found but can not remove. The error says, "File C:\...\Temp Internet Files\CONTENT.IE5\5KWJ2HSX\count[1].hta can not be removed. AVG says that its name is Dropper.Inor. Any help removing this? I'm running XP if that makes any difference.

Have you tried deleting the temp internet files (TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS>DELETE FILES), where the virus is listed as being? If the files are later listed in the restore files, you will need to turn off "system restore" and then restart your computer.

Download a program called: ERASER (it is free, search for it in YAHOO!) Intsall ERASER. Run ERASER FILE: NEW TASK Select: Window/Temproary Internet Files CLICK ERASE: (Erase entire folder). Restart Computer. RUN AVG again. NOTE: IE will create a new and blank Temporary Internet Folder, do not worry about erasing it.
