A strange virus that i cant stop

I have an issue i downloaded this exe file and when i ran it it launched this virus
My antivirus (avast!) is getting some of the files but usually offers boot time scan
I did the boot time scan twice it found two files both times and seemed to have no effect whatsoever i launched Trojan remover which seemed too find some files but again no total effect whatsoever.
I did find this one file c:\oegcrhsa.exe both times and no action can get rid of it its hidden so i cant get rid of it and Trojan remover isn't even sure it exists.
And i cant even launch spy bot s&d
I deleted some files i found.
Help.

The problem is none off this works and for some reason all the anti-virus web pages somehow hate :) me and i cant use them.
The file itself is hidden and i cant delete it using normal methods

Also cant istall the super anti spyware (cant download from their webpage but file hippo had the file didnt work)

... tap "F8" key @ bootup select safe mode

... once in safe mode delete the critter!

... if no good try "safe mode with command prompt"

...once in command prompt type

del C:\oegcrhsa.exe [press enter]

... then type exit [press enter]

... or press <Ctrl> <Alt> <Del> keys

... the.... three finger salute!

Super anti says it will remove it, if not:
Try unhackme, it's free for 30 days and will help remove it.

If you don't know how to use it, click on the beginners link on the left of the download page and follow each prompt to safely remove it and all the excess junk it leaves behind.
