8v8.biz thing

i am running a network of 300 computers, sometimes when 60-70 PCs are turned on my lan goes down ping comes request timed out n at that time if i try to open a webpage it comes in status bar "opening page http://8v8.biz" it keeps on blinking unless i close it from task manager n at the same time some PCs runs well ping run well but on some PCs this problem occurs have checked the PCs with various antiviruses n spywares etc but with no results, have formatted completely the PCs with all drives but when i go online with those machines the problem occurs again only with those PCs others r running well, have changed IPaddresses computers name also but still ........... m fedup with this 8v8.biz thing somebody help pls

It's an exploit virus ,some av progs can see it .
But is not a solution yet...
Try to add this on restricted sites on IE like this:
http://8v8.biz
http://9gg.biz
the last one is the same exploit address.
the virus is powerful and make serious damages on the LAN ,if you have the gateway address ,can check this on cmd.exe ping "yourgatewayaddresshere" -t ,and see the reply time from your server ...must be <1ms ,if your result will be bigger about 1ms the virus is present on much more machines on your LAN.Speed connection is also afected and increase amonut of memory used by IE.On task manager you can see that .

You can make a simple change to your HOSTS file to prevent uninfected machines becoming infected.

However, this solution won't cure an infected machine. But if applied to all machines on the LAN, it'll mean the clean machines operate pretty normally.
