Thanks for your help in advance. I found my computer's (vista ultimate) desktop was changed to all blue screen. I ran Ctrl + Alt + Del to see if there was any apps running, I re-sed the desktop however, I realised Mcafee stopped working and I am unable to open it's security center. I was able to run MS defender, I did a defender scan that reported "no virus found"

The problem besides Mcafee being disabled is, I now have a re-occurring error message it reads as follows:

Microsoft Windows
521A.tmp has stopped working
a problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
(there is a button on lower right side that reads "close Program)

Can U help me please?

Thanks again
