i just changed my 3d card from a tnt 2 to a raedon pro 8500. and with my first card it would say it wasnt working properly in device manager, i could fix it by unistalling and restarting, but everytime i restrated again it would reset to not working. now ive put this new card and it has the exact same problem, i am led to believe it is the cause from a virus, any help?

enable hibernation in control panel,power options.
then when going to shutdown, press shift
and standby becomes hibernate. this should
keep it from coming uninstalled. and hibernate
uses no power . it just saves the memory to hard drive.

at another site it said;
also you can try using driver version 6.13.10.6037 for the radeon.
and try updating the motherboard drivers
if any are available.
