32 Worm KLEZ Virsus

Unable to install any virsus software files become corrupt when I open unable to send email/outlook cannot access word.What can I do to clean this, I also tryed booting in safe-mode what can I do to clean and restore files??

Have you tried the Norton removal tool? W32.Klez Removal Tool Good luck

Symantec has a pretty decent Klez removal tool, download it onto a floppy and then run it. There are others at Trend Micro, wilders.org, Macafee and cnet downloads. Take care and all the best!

At Symantec, print out the Instructions and follow them to the letter - there are some things you have to do before running the Tool (in Safe Mode) -like disabling System Restore Lesley
