3 virus or trojans, need help with

Hi, I use F-secure as fire-wall and anti-virus programme, though last night when I was searching for pictures, it alert me and said I got a new virus. I tried to disenfect it but it didn't work. When I rebooted the computer, the f-secure alert showed up directly, saying it was still left and i had 2 messages left, which was about it again.
I took a screen cap of it, and I was wondering if anyone of you could help me remove them?
