First is there any way i can have it so that my e mail os and cpu ram come up auto? I went to my account and edited it... Anyway I found like 7 viruses on my comp few of em got sent to a vualt few of em got deleted and 3 are still on my hd. Whats up with that? The person said that AVG is one of the best AV softwares. Is there a best? No? How many AV programs do I need so that I can delete these trojans. Why the hell would it say oh you got 3 trojans gl? Well could someone please get these off my computer... I'll keep trying other sites in the meantime thanks. ;( Eric

As to removing trojans:
Trojans often cannot be removed by AV software. Your AV has at least identified them for you. You need to search for and download the removal programs for these specific trojans. Search Symantec for the names of trojans you got from AVG.
