I am working on a really slow PC and I noticed that there are 3 entries in the add/remove programs: 2570 2570_Help 2570trb Funny thing is, there is no change/remove button with those? Thanks Here's what I've done: 1- spybot S&D updated and immunized 2- Spywrae Blaster updated 3- Adaware SE updated 4- Ccleaner and removed all issues 5- ATF Cleaner removed all excess junk 6- x-cleaner scan came up empty 7- Hijack this with no questionable entries. 8- Regcleaner and cleaned out old non-existing files Hopefully my advice will help you...Please post back with your results....thanks

Have you tried searching the machine for those entries to see if that gives a clue? Also check the registry. As an aside (and maybe you already know this), although SpyBot "Immunize feature" and SpywareBlaster are excellent preventatives they will not fix any problem that already exists on the machine.
