Hi guys,my mate has these 2 viruses on his pc,he cannot boot up to reinstall windows,they r called.

1 / Backdoor.bifroze.a

2 / win 32 backdoor trojan downloader

Any help on getting them off his pc would be appreciated guys.

P.S.It takes ages for his page to load ,sometimes an hour or so.
