can I put Avira and Windows Live One Care on the same computer? Is it wise to scan with windows live one-i have downloaded the saftey scanner but not the entire program. Thanks in advance.

You cannot have two AV's on one pc. To a new computer user it would sound like a good idea as if to double your protection but in reality, Avira would think One Care is a virus and vise versa creating your pc to so slow down so slow, you will want to through it out the window.
