I was researching about anti spywares and i found 2 which im not sure i could trust thats why im askin you, now their names are Xoftspy and i heard it removes WinAnti virus 2007, and another is Spyzooka which i heard is the best anti spyware , i have spyware terminator which is useless and AVg anti spyware which doesnt remove the trojans but only quarantines them and adware's, and i still keep getting win anti virus pop ups so should i go ahead and download them??

Quarantine is OK. There is usually a method to clear those items quarantined later if you wish to. If it keeps coming back it is because it has not been totally removed.
