Well, today, I suddenly got two processes named 17PHOLMES1001186.exe and MROFINU1001186.EXE on the task manager. I located both of them in the system folder, and end tasked them both, and ran a system scan with AVG. Apparently, I am now infected with Win32/Virut in a lot of my files, and I have been trying to heal them all, but there's just too many files that are infected. Is there a way to heal my files?

First off, try downloading the following:

Spybot, AVG, ThreatFire.

Run them, they are free. Go to Majorgeeks.com

If that does not work, download and install Bitdefender Free.

Let me know. Also, try Hijackthis and send me the log.

Good luck!

One more important thing to remember. Turn OFF you system restore before running these programs as the file will be in the backup as well.

Be patient, I'm checking into this now. Also someone else might see it. Let you know as soon as I get home tonight. I'm using my Laptop w/ low batteries.

I can't really see anything out of the ordinary here. I see you installed Bitdefender, did that find anything?

I see you have punkbuster. If you don't use them A&B uninstall them. Also have you tried ccleaner? Try it. You can see all your startup programs and turn them off as needed (this is an easy way). I can't see that you've tried threatfire, It's FREE. Also, don't have more then one AV installed and make sure you uninstall the old one AVG, then install the other.

Bottem line uninstall AVG, Install a better anti-virus program update, scan, backup-up your important files (make sure they are not infected first) use a flash drive or burn a CD. Be surf wise so that this doesn't happen again. Use safe surf if you must (avg comes with that). Don't donload crap you don't need and always scan before opening anything. I've only had 2 virus (troj) in 2 years. Why? because I was drunk and turned my anti-virus off when playing a game.

Anyway's enough harping on that. Good luck and let me know what happened. (Again try Bitdefender FULL free trial)! After you uninstall AVG.
