Comment: My computer boots up normally and works fine until for some unknown reason (i.e i havent noticed a pattern) the computer starts to slow down greatly. This explorer.exe starts sucking up between 95%-100% of the CPU. I shut down explorer.exe, start it again and everything is fine until I try to open another folder. I have run Adaware but didnt fix the problem with explorer. I was reading some of the posts in Windows XP and one suggested running HijackThis and posting the logfile here. So that is what I am doing in the hopes that somebody can help me.
