Dear : the control programs do not work in win xp
I made a pascal program which control ports ( pararel output),
It is working in win 98 only
who can I make it work in win xp

XP or other NT usually will not 'allow direct access to hardware'.

As M2 says, direct access to hardware is a definite no-no with Windows XP. You have to go through the appropriate driver.
