xcopy file or destination message

Specs: Windows Vista
I'm using the following in a batch file and while the first two lines work without a hiccup, the third line always asks me whether this is a "file or destination".

XCOPY "C:\Users\MR\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music Library.xml" "C:\Users\MR\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music Library.old.xml" /Y

XCOPY "E:\Users\DJ\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music Library.xml" "C:\Users\MR\Music\iTunes" /D /F /V /Y

XCOPY "C:\Users\MR\Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor\collection.nml" "C:\Users\MR\Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor\collection.old.nml" /Y

XCOPY "E:\Users\DJ\Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor\collection.nml" "C:\Users\MR\Documents\Native Instruments\Traktor" /D /F /V /Y

Is there anyway I can prevent this message???

Use COPY instead of XCOPY.
