Ok I'm using that code to open a window. What I want it to write the cookie from the main window into the new window. Anyway to do it only putting javascript in the new window?

Ive tried

document.write(opener.document.cookie)
document.write(window.opener.document.cookie)

seems to work on my computer, but when I test it out online the cookie is null so it says "undefined" Any help wpild be appreciated thanks!
