Comment: I need to write a basic program so that I can add some DWORD values to the registry. I have basic Java programming skills, but don’t know what command I would use to write to the registry. Another questions is once I am able to write to the registry, how would I determine where exactly in the registry to write the text to. Your help is greatly appreciated

Reply: (edit)Use WriteProfileString (I am not sure if it is the name), but look the cross-reference y WritePrivateProfileString.
