Oh, I know what game it's from. But the parsing script language isn't game-specific, and it only edits external files... it could be used to edit any text-based file.

Well, what actually runs the script? I imagine that's a much better starting point than half a dozen lines from said script.

It's a program called Mission Converter, it's a custom program, I don't know much more about it.
