I have a website currently, but im not sure how to setup download links or how to setup my own forums area. All i need to know is what language i need to start learning to do either or both of them. :) TY

for the download link, you will need to learn html...there is plenty of information online to do that
for the forum, there are plenty of web sites that offer free forums with the code already written...do a search for FREE FORUM

A simple method for download links is just to creat a link to the file the same you would another web page. The only problem with this is that it also gives the option to run fron the current location.
