VS 6.0 Install Problem! help me please!

I'm installing VS 6.0 (after having uninstalled it), and I keep getting this strange error about 1/3 of the way in: "Setup unable to create DCOM user account in order to register 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\Common\Tools\Vs_Ent98\Vanalyzer\valec.exe"
and then the install bails out, and nothing's installed properly... Anyone know how to fix this??

I'm installing VS 6.0 (after having uninstalled it), and I keep getting this strange error after 100% during registering the system file the MSADDNDR.DLL (D:\Program Files\Common Files\designer\MSADDNDR.dll).I'm using Windows 2000 as if OS. I have tried to register the dll using regsrv32.exe but i unable to register it.
