No. We're here to help you with programming problems. Besides, you really don't need more than one or two programmers for an email program; the fact that you're recruiting for a programmer to do that tells us that you don't know what you're doing, so you want someone to do it for you.

As Don Arnett suggests, unless you can produce an email program that makes coffee and walks the dog, you're just re-inventing the wheel.

You could probably actually clone squirrelmail.org yourself or with the help of 1 or 2 others. I, for one, am not interested. There are too many free services for this and there is no money to be made in it. Try it, if you have problems post them here and I'm sure most of us will help work through problems that you encounter.
