I am a total noob with visual studio. I have a small amount of programming background and I want to compile an open source program I got off the web. I have Visual Studio 2003 and I have the source files for the program I want to compile and when I open the .sln project file I get several vcproj was unable to open. I checked the paths, updated to the latest xml patch, and I downloaded the latest release of zlib (1.2.2). Can anyone help? I googled several questions but nothing came out of any of the available solutions.
