Visual Basic for a GUI

I would like to make a GUI for an old FORTRAN program. I have no experience with VB other than some tutorials. If anyone knows of any sites or tutorials that help with getting a VB program to work as a GUI for a command line program, that would be very helpful.

I don't have any specific questions though because I haven't been able to get anywhere yet.
