Hello every one

in the code below i am adding for to the memory... ( displaying it to the screen) in vb .NET 2002

Public Function OpenFrmDriverDetails()
Dim frmDriverDetails As New frmDriverDetails()
frmDriverDetails.MdiParent = frmTaxiCarePlus.ActiveForm
frmDriverDetails.Show()
End Function

when i am closing the form it it closing but it is still there in the memory... and not deallocating the memory...
How can i free up the memory when i close the form....?
