There is a decompiler for VB2 and 3, from AshSoft and is expensive. It claims to work with VB4 but I'm not sure. VB5 and up and not decompilable (or at least there isnt one made yet). For VB 1 DOS, there is none possible because it compiles natively to DOS.

It's possible, of course, since isn't real code, it's one (or many) data segments with interpretable data in it, executed by a runtime engine.
