Use appliances with voice (BAT & Processing)

Specs: Windows 7 x64, 8GB
I have no idea how to form this into a question, so I'll explain what I want to do (which is arguably the nerdiest thing on the planet):
I want to be able to control appliances (lights, fans, TVs, etc.) with vocal commands. I am three-quarters of the way there, in that I have the circuit all set up with an Arduino, I have the voice command program (Tazti - premium license) and I have (or so I think) the knowledge about batch files to build the batch side of the program. Now here's the main problem: I haven't a clue as to how I would have the batch file parse actions to the Processing script, that would in turn control actions on the Arduino. Vocal Command--->Batch File Execution--->Processing Execution--->Arduino Execution Can someone please help!? I'm slowly going crazy!

Thanks in advance,

EDIT: Sorry, I forgot to add that I have very, very primitive knowledge of Processing... :(

I don't think you are going to be able to do it with batch scripting alone. It is just a scripting language and does not have access to the API like high level languages do. You can execute Assembly command in batch by using the debug command but it would be very hard to program what you want in assembly. I would go with Visual Basic Scripting that will give you access to the API to you can access these devices. As for how to use the DLLs that came with your hardware I would think that there is some kind of instruction manual for what methods there are and how to syntax them or at least a MAN page. Try going to their web sight. They might even have VB examples being that it is one of the popular languages.

Good luck. Remember the hard ware for such projects is the easy part the software is the hard stuff.
